Ingredients:
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
2.5 lbs. Chicken Thighs or Chicken Breasts
½ tsp Italian Seasoning
½ tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Line aluminium foil onto a large baking sheet.
Use paper towels to pat dry the chicken thighs.
Lay the chicken thighs onto the prepared baking sheet and arrange them in a single layer leaving a small space in between.
In a mixing bowl, add lemon juice and olive oil. Stir until well blended.
Drizzle the oil mixture on top of the chicken thighs, then rub each until well coated.
Add salt, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and lemon pepper seasoning into a mixing bowl. Whisk everything until well incorporated.
Sprinkle the seasonings on top of the chicken thighs, then toss until well-coated.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the chicken thighs for about 35 to 45 minutes or until done.
Remove the chicken from the oven and allow them to rest for a few minutes at room temperature to incorporate all the flavors.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
You can either use chicken thighs or chicken breasts for this recipe. I recommend chicken thighs though because of the skin and fat.
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them in the fridge.
