These Korean Spicy Pork Bowls are loaded with delicious flavors! Rice, noodles, meat, and teriyaki sauce, you will not be disappointed with these bowls! The meat is marinated for several hours. Just imagine how they would taste once you cook them! Don’t wait any longer. It is time to go to your kitchen and start prepping. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 pound pork loin, roast sliced thin
Marinade:
1 pear grated
½ c gochujang
1 tablespoon sugar
5 cloves minced garlic
⅓ c chopped green onion
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 small onion grated
½ tsp pepper
1 tablespoon sesame oil
½ c soy sauce
1 Fuji apple, grated
Bowls:
Green onions, sliced
1-pound pkg rice noodles prepared according to pkg. directions
Teriyaki Sauce
White sesame seeds
2-3 c cooked white rice
Sriracha Mayo found at Walmart
Directions:
Add the meat slices inside a large ziplock bag.
Put all the ingredients for the marinade into a large bowl, then whisk everything until well blended.
Pour the marinade inside the bag with the meat. Seal the bag and shake it until the meat slices are well coated.
Place the bag inside the fridge and marinate the meat for about 8 hours or overnight.
Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add meat together with the marinade into the hot skillet, then cook for a couple of minutes until tender.
To Assemble the Bowls:
Add rice into a serving bowl.
Add noodles and slices of pork over the rice.
Drizzle teriyaki sauce and sriracha mayo on top of the pork.
Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds on top to garnish.
Serve and enjoy!
