This pizza is so good! It is keto-friendly with simple ingredients! Don’t waste another minute not knowing how delicious this is!
Ingredients:
Dough:
1 c almond flour
¼ c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 whole large Eggs
1 ½ c shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
¼ c coconut flour
½ lb. sweet Italian sausage, removed from casings
Toppings:
½ c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 medium Bell pepper, sliced, (any bell pepper, green, red, yellow, or orange)
2 tbsp fresh garlic passed through a garlic press
½ c pizza sauce (leave out the sugar)
1 medium onion, sliced
8 oz. baby spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Add the eggs, cream cheese, sausage, coconut flour, Parmesan cheese, 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, and almond flour into a mixing bowl. Whisk everything until well combined.
Apply cooking spray to a 13×9-inch sheet pan.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 12 minutes.
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add olive oil and allow it to become hot.
Add peppers and onions into the hot skillet, then sauté for a few minutes until soft.
Place it in the preheated oven and bake for about 12 minutes.
Place another skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add olive oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the onions and mushrooms, then sauté for about 3 minutes or until soft.
Add the spinach, then cook until wilted.
Add garlic and sauté for a minute or until aromatic. Remove the skillet from the stove.
Remove the crust from the oven, then add pizza sauce on the bottom and spread it evenly.
Add the veggies over the crust, then sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Place it in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.
Broil for another 2 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
