fresh chopped parsley for garnish
½ tsp chili powder
salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Directions:
Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and onion powder over the chicken thighs. Toss until well coated.
Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the chicken thighs, then cook each side for about 5 to 7 minutes or until brown.
Add butter and allow it to melt.
Add the minced garlic, then sauté for half a minute or until aromatic.
Pour in the chicken broth, then scrape the bottom of the skillet to get the browned bits. Stir everything until well blended and simmer for about a minute.
Remove the skillet from the heat, then sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top to garnish.
Serve and enjoy!

I suggest you use a large skillet for this recipe.
Make sure to cook the chicken all the way through. Add more minutes if needed.
Add a bit of chicken broth if needed when scraping the browned bits.
