Ingredients:
8 Eggs
½ c mayonnaise
1 tsp prepared yellow mustard
¼ c chopped green onion
salt and pepper to taste
¼ tsp paprika
Directions:
Place a pan with water on the stove and turn the heat to high.
Add the eggs and allow the water to boil. Make sure to have enough water to submerge the eggs.
As soon as it boils, remove the pan from the heat and cover it. Let the eggs sit inside for about 10 minutes.
Remove the eggs from the pan into a bowl with iced water. Peel and slice them into small pieces.
Place them into a mixing bowl.
Add mustard, mayonnaise, green onion, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Serve with cracker or bread. Enjoy!
