This was by far the best dessert I have ever tried! I tasted this first at a friend’s wedding. I fell in love with it in just one bite. Ingredients:
3 Egg yolks
3 whole Eggs
Cinnamon pinch
1 c of sugar for caramel glaze
1 c of Whole Fat Milk
1 Can of Condensed milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Add sugar into the flan pan, then place it over the stove. Turn the heat to low and allow the sugar to caramelize. Make sure to swirl the pan while melting the sugar.
In a food processor, add the rest of the ingredients as well as the milk. Pulse until well blended.
Pour the mixture into the pan with the caramelized sugar, then cover it with aluminium foil.
Cook in a water bath for about 1 minute and 25 seconds or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Place it inside the fridge to chill for 3 hours or more.
