Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 clove minced garlic
1 pound thinly-sliced sirloin steak
1 thinly sliced onion white or red
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 c sliced fresh mushrooms
1 teaspoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 thinly sliced green pepper
¼ c soy sauce
Directions:
In a slow cooker, add the sirloin steak, green bell pepper, onions, and mushrooms. Stir until just blended.
Add the rest of the ingredients into a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
Pour the mixture over the sirloin steak.
Cover and seal the slow cooker, then cook everything for about 6 to 8 hours on a low setting or until the meat is fork-tender.
Serve immediately over rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
