Ingredients:
5 frozen chicken breasts
1 10.5 ounces can cream of chicken soup
1 c salsa
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ c sour cream
½ c Hidden Valley® Ranch dressing
1 16 ounces box rotini pasta prepared
Directions:
In a 6-quart slow cooker, place the frozen chicken breasts.
In a mixing bowl, add salsa, cream of chicken soup, and minced garlic. Stir until well mixed.
Pour the mixture on top of the chicken breasts and spread it evenly.
Cover and cook for about 6 hours on a low setting.
Meanwhile, refer to the directions provided on the package of the rotini pasta on how to cook it. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Remove the chicken breasts from the pot, then use two forks to shred them into pieces.
In the same pot, add the Hidden Valley Ranch dressing and sour cream. Stir until well blended.
Put the shredded chicken breasts back into the pot and stir until well mixed.
Add the cooked pasta and toss until well coated.
Serve and enjoy!
