Ingredients:
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup Parmesan cheese
4 boneless pork chops, ½-inch thick
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
Add garlic powder, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper onto a clean plate. Whisk until well blended.
Drizzle olive oil over the pork chops, then rubs each until well coated.
Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the pork chops, then rub each again until well coated.
Line tin foil onto a pan, then spray it with cooking oil.
Add the pork chops into the prepared baking pan and arrange them in a single layer.
Place the baking pan inside the preheated oven and bake the pork chops for about 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
