These chicken wings are so crispy that you will miss out if you don’t go for this recipe today! My only advice to you is to be very generous with the amount of cheese that you are going to add. Just do it and thank me later! Serve these wings as is or with rice, and you have yourself a meal to remember! Have a wonderful day, friends, and I hope you are all well today. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
4 tbsp of butter
2-3 tbsp of minced garlic
2 lbs chicken wings
½ c of fresh grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp of chopped parsley
4 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Add water into an 8-quart saucepan with a steamer basket. Make sure to fill the pan at least 2-inches.
Place it on the stove and turn the heat to high and allow the water to boil.
Add the chicken wings, then steam for about 10 minutes or until done.
Transfer the chicken wings onto a baking sheet. Place them inside the fridge to chill for about an hour.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 218 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Place the chicken wings inside the preheated oven and bake them until golden brown for about 20 minutes on each side or 40 minutes on both sides.
Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add butter and olive oil, then allow them to become hot.
Add garlic and sauté until aromatic.
Transfer the chicken wings into a large serving bowl.
Top with garlic butter, parsley, and a generous amount of Parmesan cheese. Toss until well coated.
Serve and enjoy!
