Ingredients:
Cooking spray
12 large Eggs
¼ cup milk
3 tablespoons butter, divided
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 cans of crescent dough
½ lb. deli ham, sliced
¼ cup finely chopped chives
12 slices cheddar
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 teaspoon dried garlic
Flaky sea salt
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray on a baking sheet.
Add eggs and milk into a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
Place a large pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add 1 tbsp of butter and allow it to melt.
Turn the heat to low, then add the egg mixture. Stir and cook for a few minutes. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Remove the pan from the heat.
Add one can of crescents into the prepared baking sheet and unroll it.
Arrange the ham over the roll.
Put the scrambled eggs, cheese, and chives over the ham layer.
Place the second dough over and unroll it. Seal the sides of the dough.
Place the rest of the butter inside the microwave and allow it to melt.
Brush the melted butter over the dough.
Sprinkle sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried garlic, and minced onion on top.
Sprinkle flaky salt to taste.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for about 15 minutes at room temperature.
Slice into even squares.
