Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup white sugar
(2) (15 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
(1 ¾) cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
(1) (9 inches) prepared graham cracker crust
Directions:
Add and mix the cream cheese and sugar in a big bowl together. Stir in 1 can of pineapple and whipped topping to cream the cheese mixture. Blend until smooth.
Add and pour the mixture into the crust and top with the remaining can of pineapple. Cover, and let it chill for 2 hours.
Notes:
Bake the crust for around 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated 350 F/180 C / Gas 4 oven, if you want a baked graham cracker crust. Before filling, chill.
Add a tsp or 2 of finely chopped pecans to the graham cracker bottom crust mixture.
To make a thicker bottom crust, double the crust ingredients.
You can decorate the top with a bit of piped whipped cream, grated white chocolate, place a few bits of pineapple on top, etc.
