Ingredients:
1 lb powdered sugar
1 ¼ c unsalted butter
1 ½ c creamy peanut butter
½ tsp kosher salt
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Step 1: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with plastic wrap.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, sift the brown sugar using a fine-mesh strainer.
Step 3: Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 4: Add in the butter and peanut butter, then stir for 3 to 5 minutes or until well mixed.
Step 5: Add in vanilla extract and salt. Stir until well mixed.
Step 6: Add in the sifted sugar into the saucepan and use a spatula to mix all the ingredients.
Step 7: Remove from the heat and transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
Step 8: Cover the pan with plastic wrap.
Step 9: Place it inside the fridge to chill for 1 to 3 hours.
Step 10: Remove the plastic wrap and slice into small cuts.
Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
You can use other nut butter like cashews and almonds whether chunky or smooth.
You can use ¼ teaspoon of fine salt if you do not have kosher.
