Ingredients:
4 ounces Brie (casings removed), chopped
¼ c Vegetable Broth
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Fresh thyme leaves
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
1 pound of Button Mushrooms
Directions:
Place a large pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Add oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the mushrooms, then sauté for about 10 minutes or until soft.
Add the garlic, then sauté for a minute or until aromatic. Season with a bit of salt and pepper to taste.
Add the chopped brie and broth, then stir until well blended. Make sure to melt the brie. Add more seasonings if necessary.
Remove the pan from the heat.
Sprinkle freshly chopped thyme on top to garnish.
