Ingredients:
1 (10.5 ounces) can condense French onion soup
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ c full-fat sour cream
½ c cream cheese
¼ c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound spicy or sweet ground sausage
1 onion, diced
2 ½ c beef broth
2 c Egg noodles
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1/ ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Place a large soup pot on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add olive oil and allow it to sizzle
Add the sausage, then cook until brown.
Add the onions, then sauté until soft.
Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, pepper, and onion powder to taste. Stir everything until well blended.
Add the cream cheese, beef broth, condensed French soup, and egg noodles. Stir until well blended.
Cook the noodles for another 10 minutes or until done.
Remove from the heat, then add grated Parmesan cheese and sour cream. Stir until well mixed.
Sprinkle your preferred herbs over each serving to garnish.
Serve and enjoy!
