Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 pound spicy or sweet ground sausage
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ c cream cheese
1 onion, diced
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1/ ground black pepper
1 (10.5 ounces) can condense French onion soup
2 ½ c beef broth
2 c Egg noodles
½ c full-fat sour cream
¼ c freshly grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Step 1: Place a large soup pot on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Step 2: Add in olive oil and allow it to become hot.
Step 3: Add in the sausage, onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sausage is brown and the onion is translucent.
Step 4: Pour in condensed French onion soup, beef broth, egg noodles, and cream cheese. Stir until well incorporated.
Step 5: Allow the mixture to boil for 8 to 10 minutes or until the egg noodles are cooked completely.
Step 6: Add in the grated Parmesan cheese and sour cream. Stir until well mixed.
Step 7: Remove from the heat.
