Ingredients:
2 Eggs
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained and ½ liquid reserved
1 c sour cream
1 (14.75 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (8 oz.) package dry cornbread mix
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Add eggs, corn, reserved liquid, sour cream, and cornbread mix into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
