This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid. I remember my Grandma used to make this all the time! You should have seen her worked around the kitchen, Oh, man, she was so good! I learned a lot from her including this Cracked Out Corn Dip! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Feel free to add more ingredients if you want. I know you can do a lot to make this even better! By the way, make sure to add a lot of cheese. Just do it and thank me later! Have a beautiful day, friends, and I hope you are all well today. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 (8-ounces) package cream cheese, softened
1 (1-ounces) package Original Ranch dressing mix
¾ c cooked chopped bacon
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 (16-ounces) container sour cream
3½ c frozen corn kernels, thawed
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in a 2-quart baking dish.
Add all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
Empty the bowl into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Cover the baking dish with foil.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to prepare this the night before. Place it inside the fridge overnight, then bake inside the oven in the morning. You may need to adjust the cooking time to about 40 minutes.
