Ingredients:
1 can(s) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can(s) creamed style corn
¼ c diced green pepper
2 Eggs, beaten
1 c whole milk
½ c shredded cheddar cheese
4 tbsp all-purpose flour (4 heaping tbsp)
3 tbsp sugar
1 stick butter, melted
¼ tsp salt and pepper
Directions:
Add the creamed-style corn, whole kernel corn, eggs, green pepper, cheddar cheese, flour, whole milk, butter, sugar, salt, and pepper into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Apply cooking spray in a casserole dish.
Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread it evenly.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Bake inside the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack for about 5 minutes to cool.
Serve warm and enjoy!
