I love the Quesadilla from Taco Bell that’s why I made sure that I know the recipe for it! Luckily, I got this recipe from a friend of mine. She was so generous enough to share it with me. Now, allow me to share it with you as well! Have a majestic day, everyone. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
⅛ teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ c mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Pickled Jalapeno Juice
1 Dash Salt
2 teaspoons Minced Pickled Jalapenos
Taco Bell Quesadilla Sauce Ingredients:
½ teaspoon Paprika
1 Dash Salt
½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
⅔ teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Cumin
Taco Bell Quesadilla Ingredients:
1 Slice American Cheese
1 Chicken Breast
2 Flour Tortillas (Burrito size)
1 c Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheese (If you can’t find a bag that’s a mix, just buy them separately and use ½ c of each)
Directions:
For the Taco Bell Quesadilla Sauce:
1. In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the sauce. Stir until well blended.
For the Taco Bell Quesadilla:
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then rub until well coated.
2. Put a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
3. Add ½ tablespoon of vegetable oil and allow it to become hot.
4. Add the chicken breast and cook each side for a few minutes until they turn brown.
5. Transfer the chicken onto a clean plate, then thinly slice them.
6. Add the tortilla into the hot skillet, then top with ½ slice of American cheese and ¼ cup of shredded cheese. You can add more if you wish.
7. Add ½ of the chicken over the cheeses.
8. Add 1.5 tbsp of the sauce on the other side of the tortilla and spread it evenly. Fold and gently press it.
9. Cook for about 4 minutes per side or until the cheese has melted completely.
10. Slice into four even pieces.
11. Serve immediately and enjoy!
