Ingredients:
Taco Bell Quesadilla Sauce Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Pickled Jalapeno Juice
¼ c mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Minced Pickled Jalapenos
⅔ teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Cumin
⅛ teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ teaspoon Paprika
1 Dash Salt
½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Taco Bell Quesadilla Ingredients:
1 c Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheese (If you can’t find a bag that’s a mix, just buy them separately and use ½ c of each)
2 Flour Tortillas (Burrito size)
1 Chicken Breast
1 Slice American Cheese
Directions:
For the Taco Bell Quesadilla Sauce:
In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the sauce. Stir until well blended.
For the Taco Bell Quesadilla:
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then run until well coated.
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add ½ tablespoon of vegetable oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the chicken breast and cook until brown. Remove from the skillet onto a clean plate. Slice into thin pieces.
Add the tortilla into the hot skillet, then top with ½ slice of American cheese and ¼ cup of shredded cheese.
Add ½ of the chicken over the cheese.
Spread 1.5 tbsp of the sauce on the other side of the tortilla, then fold and use a spatula to gently press it.
Cook for about 4 minutes per side or until the cheese has melted completely.
Remove from the skillet onto a clean plate.
Slice into four even pieces.
Serve and enjoy!
