2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 (1 pound) package of bacon, cooked and crumbled
6-7 c. potatoes, peeled and diced
How to make Mississippi Mud Potatoes
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 325 degrees F.
Step 2: Place the potatoes, cheddar cheese, garlic salt, bacon, and green onions in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix well until combined, then add the mayonnaise. Mix again until blended.
Step 3: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour and 30 minutes until the tender and the top of the casserole is golden brown.
Step 4: Remove from the oven when done and serve right away. Enjoy!
