Ingredients:
1 pizza dough
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp garlic, minced
½ c mozzarella, shredded
12 thin slices of ham
4 ounces Pepper Jack cheese, sliced
15-17 salami slices
½ c shredded mozzarella
15 slices pepperoni
½ c shredded mozzarella
¼ c parsley, chopped fine
1 Egg, beaten
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
cracked black pepper, to taste
more chopped parsley, to garnish
marinara sauce, for dipping
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Place a parchment paper on a flat surface, then place the pizza dough on it. Roll to 12×14-inches.
Brush melted butter over the dough.
Sprinkle garlic on top of the pizza dough.
Sprinkle about ½ cup of mozzarella cheese over the dough as well.
Arrange the 12 slices of ham over the cheese.
Top the ham slices with the Pepper Jack cheese.
Arrange the salami over the Pepper Jack layer.
Sprinkle ½ cup of mozzarella cheese over the salami.
Arrange the pepperoni on top of the mozzarella layer.
Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese over as well as the parsley.
Add egg and 1 tbsp of water in a small mixing bowl. Beat until creamy, then brush the sides of the stromboli with it.
Roll the sides and seal with seam face down.
Place it onto a baking sheet.
Brush the stromboli all over with the egg wash.
Sprinkle a generous amount of Parmesan cheese as well as black pepper.
Make shallow diagonal slices over the stromboli.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and let it rest at room temperature for about 3 minutes. Slice into 8 to 10 pieces.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Serve with marinara sauce. Enjoy!
