Ingredients:
Meatloaf
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 tablespoons Milk
1 cup Diced Yellow Onion
1 tablespoon Lea & Perrins Bold Steak Sauce
2 pounds Ground Chuck
½ cup Diced Bell Pepper
A couple of Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
¼ cup Plain Bread Crumbs
2 tablespoons Ketchup
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt, or to taste
½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper, or to taste
Glaze Topping
½ teaspoon Dry Mustard Powder
1 tablespoon Lea and Perrins Bold Steak Sauce
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
⅓ cup Ketchup
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Line with foil on a baking sheet.
Add all the meatloaf ingredients into a large bowl. Stir everything until well mixed.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
Add all the ingredients for the glaze into a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
Add ½ of the glaze over the meatloaf and spread it evenly.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about an hour.
Spread the rest of the glaze over the meatloaf, then bake it for another 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow the meatloaf to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Slice the meatloaf into even pieces.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Add more seasoning if you prefer.
You can skip the bell pepper and onion if you like.
