This is by far the best cobbler I have ever tasted! It only needs 6 basic ingredients. Yes, six basic ingredients will surely make your day extra special! I have listed everything you will be needing including the steps. Just follow them step by step and you are good to go! This was recommended to me by my very good friend, Joan. I never thought that it would be this good! I am still amazed by how it turned out. Try this recipe now and I promise you that it will be worth all your time and effort! You can add more ingredients to this if you wish. Besides, there are only six ingredients. A few additional ingredients won’t hurt, right? Anyway, enough with the long introduction. Ingredients:
1 c milk
1 (29 ounces) can sliced peaches, drained
1 c sugar
½ c butter or margarine, melted
1 c Original Bisquick® mix
½ tsp ground nutmeg
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
In an 8x8x2-inch square baking dish, add the milk, nutmeg, and Bisquick mix. Stir until well combined.
Add butter and stir until well mixed.
In a mixing bowl, add the peaches and sugar. Stir until well mixed.
Add the peaches mixture on top of the batter and spread it evenly.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about an hour or until the top turns golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
