Are you looking for the best snack for today? If you happen to have a box of Original Bisquick mix, you have to give this recipe a try! Add in fresh or canned peaches in it and you have yourself a snack to remember! What I love about this recipe is the combination of all the flavors. Peaches perfectly blend with the rest of the ingredients. My advice to you is to make sure not to overcook because the batter would become hard to bite. Check the doneness of the cake from time to time to get the best result. Anyway, I hope this gives you some sort of relief after a stressful day. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
1 cup milk
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Step 3: Transfer the mixture into an 8x8x2-inches baking dish.
Step 4: Add in the butter and stir until well mixed.
Step 5: In a small mixing bowl, add in the peaches and sugar. Stir until well mixed.
