This Citrus Immunity Shot saves me money and gives me the same benefit along with living and eating healthy, too.

INGREDIENTS
1 medium grapefruit, peeled
1 medium orange
½ medium lemon
1 (1″) piece fresh ginger root, peeled
1 (1″) piece fresh turmeric root, peeled
½ clove garlic
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
HOW TO MAKE CITRUS IMMUNITY SHOT
Step 1: Place the (whole) grapefruit, juice from the orange and lemon, ginger, turmeric, garlic, and pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth and if needed, adjust the taste accordingly.
Step 2: Over a mason jar or glass cup, put a small sieve or strainer.
Step 3: Pour the mixture into the strainer. Immediately serve the shot or place it in the fridge to store for up to 4 days.
