Ingredients:
3 cups flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 ½ cups milk
2 Eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 sticks (1 cup) butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon cinnamon
⅔ cups nuts (optional) Finely chopped pecans
2 cups powdered sugar
5 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Add flour, baking powder, milk, eggs, vanilla, sugar, and salt into a mixing bowl. Beat until well blended.
Add 4 tbsp of butter and beat until well mixed.
Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Transfer the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
In another mixing bowl, add brown sugar, 2 tbsp flour, soft butter, nuts, and cinnamon. Beat until well combined.
Spoon the mixture and drop each on top of the batter.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
In a mixing bowl, add milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Whisk until well blended.
Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
