Christmas may be over but these delicious breadsticks are good to serve pretty much all year round! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Feel free to add more ingredients or design it the way you want to. Let your kids join you in the kitchen and I am sure that this recipe is going to be a great bonding experience for the whole family. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
12 ounces frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
6 ounces cream cheese softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ c grated parmesan cheese
1 c grated cheddar OR mozzarella cheese
1 tube refrigerated thin crust pizza crust
2 tbsp butter
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic salt
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Add the cream cheese and spinach into a mixing bowl. Beat until well combined.
Step 3: Add onion powder, garlic, chilli powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Beat until well mixed.
Step 4: Add ½ of the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Beat until well mixed.
Step 5: Form Christmas tree shapes out of the mixture.
Step 6: Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for 22 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 7: Meanwhile, place the butter inside the microwave. Heat until melted completely.
Step 8: Remove from the microwave, then add the garlic salt and seasoning. Stir until well mixed.
Step 9: Remove the breadsticks from the oven and brush each immediately with the garlic-butter mixture.
Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
