I finally tried the most talk of the town Pistachio Cranberry Bark. I love it! This recipe is incredibly easy and quick to make using just three simple ingredients (pistachio, chocolate chips, and dried cranberries). This bark is the perfect festive treat!
This no-bake treat is one of the most popular treats on any occasion. I first tried this recipe not long ago and this has been a huge hit! Even my dad who is not a big lover of candies loves this Pistachio Cranberry Bark! I also love that my kids enjoy this bark. It’s a fun way to let them eat healthy cranberries and pistachios. This recipe is a five-star recipe. The bark tastes amazing as expected! I place the bark into small paper cups with decorations for a nice presentation. I cannot wait to make this bark again! I am pretty sure that this bark would be a nice addition to our dessert tray this Holiday.

INGREDIENTS
½ c. roughly chopped pistachios
12 ounces white chocolate chips
½ c. roughly chopped dried cranberries
How to make Christmas Bark (Pistachios and Cranberries)
Step 1: Using wax or parchment paper, line a baking sheet.
Step 2: In the microwave, melt the chocolate chips for about 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between until smooth.
Step 3: Fold in the dried cranberries and pistachios (reserving 1 tbsp each for later) into the melted chocolate chips.
Step 4: On the prepared baking sheet, spread out the mixture in an even layer and sprinkle with the reserved cranberries and pistachios.
Step 5: Place in the fridge until the bark is firm. Once firm, cut the bark into your preferred size.
