Ingredients:
24 chocolate sandwich cookies
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
32 ounces cream cheese(900 g), 4 packages
¾ c sugar(150 g)
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 c heavy cream(960 mL)
1 ½ tbsp gelatin powder
2 c semi-sweet chocolate(340 g), melted, divided
Directions:
Step 1: Put the cookies into a resealable bag and use a rolling pin to crush them.
Step 2: Transfer the cookie crumbs into a mixing bowl.
Step 3: Add melted butter and stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Transfer the mixture into a 0-inch cake pan. Cover it with plastic wrap and place it inside the fridge for 20 minutes to chill.
Step 5: Add the cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar into a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 6: Place a saucepan with heavy cream on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Allow the cream to become hot.
Step 7: Remove from the heat and add the gelatin. Allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for about a minute.
Step 8: Pour the heavy cream into the cream cheese and whisk until well mixed.
Step 9: Fill 4 bowls with the batter. Add 3 cups in the first bowl, 2 cups in the second, 2 ½ on the third, and 1 cup on the fourth bowl.
Step 10: Add 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate in the second bowl.
Step 11: Add 3 tablespoons of melted chocolate into the fourth bowl.
Step 12: Transfer everything into the middle of the prepared pan and spread them evenly.
Step 13: Cover with plastic wrap and place the pan inside the fridge for 4 hours or overnight to chill.
Step 14: Serve and enjoy!
