These amazing lava cakes will be the highlight of your day! They are best served with your favourite cup of coffee. Give it a try and you are so in for a treat! Ingredients:
Butter for greasing the dishes
2 tbsp cocoa powder
120 g dark chocolate chips
120 g butter
120 g caster sugar
3 Eggs
2 Egg yolks
120 g plain flour
4 dark chocolate Lindros
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Brush butter and sprinkle cocoa powder the pudding dishes.
Step 3: Place the pudding dishes inside the fridge to chill.
Step 4: In a glass bowl, add the chocolate and butter. Place the bowl over hot water and allow the two ingredients to melt, and then stir until well combined.
Step 5: Let the bowl with the butter-chocolate mixture to cool at room temperature for at least 5 minutes.
Step 6: In a medium mixing bowl, add in the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar. Beat until fluffy for about 5 minutes.
Step 7: Sieve flour and sprinkle it over the chocolate mixture. Whisk until well combined.
Step 8: Split the chocolate mixture between the prepared pudding dishes. Press the one Lindor chocolate on top of each lava cake.
Step 9: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 13 minutes or until done.
Step 10: Run a knife around the edges, then flip it on a small serving plate.
Step 11: Sprinkle icing sugar on top.
Step 12: Serve and enjoy!
