These awesome treats are super good! You have got to give it a try, I’m telling you! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go!
Ingredients:
¾ c sweetened condensed milk
¼ tsp almond extract
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp fine salt
1 large egg white
3 c shredded unsweetened coconut
1 (4 oz) bar semisweet chocolate, chopped, or to taste
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, add the almond extract, vanilla extract, condensed milk, egg white, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
Step 3: Add 2 ⅓ cups of shredded coconut. Stir until well combined.
Step 4: Form small balls out of the mixture.
Step 5: Arrange the balls into a baking sheet lined with silicone.
Step 6: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 7: Remove from the oven and allow them to cool at room temperature.
Step 8: Melt the chocolate. Make sure to stir every other minute to prevent it from burning.
Step 9: Dip each macaroon into the melted chocolate.
Step 10: Arrange the cookies onto the parchment paper.
Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
