These sweet treats will make your day! I feel like a kid every time I eat these incredible treats! They are so easy to make. Just make sure to follow all the directions that I have provided. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
12 oz semisweet chocolate
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup butter, softened
1 tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips, semisweet or milk
Directions:
Step 1: Ready the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Prepare a baking sheet.
Step 3: In a medium mixing bowl, add the cholate.
Step 4: Place it inside the microwave and allow it to melt. Stir every 30 seconds until melted completely.
Step 5: Brush each prepared ice cube tray with the melted chocolate.
Step 6: Place inside the freezer for 5 minutes.
How To Make the Cookie Dough:
Step 1: Add the flour to the prepared baking sheet. Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Remove from the oven and let it sit at room temperature to cool.
Step 3: In a medium mixing bowl, add the flour, butter, brown sugar, and salt. Beat until well mixed.
Step 4: Add the vanilla and milk. Beat until well blended.
Step 5: Remove the ice cube tray from the freezer and fill each with the cookie dough mixture. Top with the melted chocolate.
Step 6: Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until set.
Step 7: Remove from the fridge and let them sit inverted for 10 minutes at room temperature on a flat surface until they fall out from the trays.
Step 8: Serve and enjoy!
Note:
Use small-medium size ice cube trays to mould the cookie dough easily.
