I love these Chicken Roll-Ups so much! I tasted these heavenly treats a couple of years ago at a friend’s wedding. It was love at first bite! I asked the caterer for the recipe, and she was gracious enough to give it to me. Now, allow me to share it with you as well! Everyone deserves a delicious meal such as this one. Have a great one, friends! Don’t forget to smile today, okay? Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 (10.75 ounces) can cream of chicken soup
½ c shredded cheddar cheese
½ c milk
6 ounces cooked chopped chicken breast (approximately 1 to 1-½ c)
1 (8 ounces) can refrigerated crescent rolls
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, add cheese, milk, and soup. Stir until well blended.
Slice the crescent rolls into eight triangles.
Top each crescent roll with chicken and 1 tbsp of the soup mixture. Roll and seal the side. Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients.
Add ⅓ cup of the soup mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Arrange the crescent rolls into the prepared pan over the soup mixture. Make sure to leave a small space between each roll.
Add the rest of the soup mixture over the rolls and spread it evenly.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes:
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then put them inside the fridge. They can last for 3 days.
Reheat inside the microwave for a minute or two before serving.
