Take a break from the typical lasagna dish and make something unique by trying this recipe! These Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll-ups are so good! I highly recommend you give them a try! You will not be disappointed with the result, I’m telling you. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
16 oz. Ricotta Cheese
3 c Chicken, cooked and shredded
10 Lasagna Noodles
1.5 c Alfredo Sauce, jarred
2 c Mozzarella, shredded
1 c Parmesan, shredded
½ tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
½ tsp Onion powder
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Place a large pot with water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.
Add the lasagna noodles and cook until firm to bite. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Lay the lasagna noodles onto parchment paper.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Add the shredded chicken, onion powder, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Add 3 ounces of the chicken mixture over the lasagna noodles and spread it evenly.
Add 2 tbsp of Alfredo sauce over the chicken mixture and spread it evenly. Roll each lasagna noodle.
Add ¼ cup of Alfredo sauce in a casserole dish and spread it evenly on the bottom.
Arrange the lasagna rolls into the prepared casserole dish.
Spread the rest of the sauce on top of the rolls.
Sprinkle a generous amount of Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese on top of the rolls.
Cover the casserole dish with foil.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake the rolls for about 20 minutes.
Remove the foil cover and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted completely.
Remove from the oven and allow the lasagna rolls-ups to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
