Ingredients:
1 box lasagna noodles
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken {2 large chicken breasts}
2 cups finely chopped broccoli {or spinach}
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1 jar Alfredo sauce
½ cup Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Place a pot with water on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Allow the water to boil.
Add the chicken breasts and cook until fork-tender. Drain and shred into small pieces.
Refer to the directions provided on the package of the lasagna on how to cook it. Drain and allow the noodles to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, add broccoli, shredded chicken, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, cheese, Alfredo sauce, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Apply cooking spray in a casserole dish.
Spread a bit of Alfredo sauce into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly on the bottom.
Place a noodle on a flat surface and top it with spoonfuls of the chicken mixture. Roll it and place it into the prepared baking dish over the Alfredo sauce.
Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients.
Spread the rest of the Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle a generous amount of Parmesan cheese. Cover them with foil.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
Place the rolls inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
Remove the cover and bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
