Ingredients:
5 Colby jack and cheddar cheese sticks, halved
1 tube Pillsbury Pizza Dough
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix, or homemade taco seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
4 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
Prepare the oven and 218 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray onto a large baking sheet.
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add the ground beef, then cook until crumbly and brown. Discard any accumulated grease.
Add the taco seasoning, then stir until well blended. Remove the skillet from the heat. Allow the meat mixture to cool completely.
Sprinkle flour onto a flat surface, then place the dough on it and unroll.
Slice the pizza dough into ½ lengthwise. Slice each dough into 4 rectangular shapes.
Add 1 tbsp of taco meat in the middle of each dough. Top each with ½ cheese stick.
Roll each prepared dough to make a cheese stick. Repeat the process with the rest of the dough.
In a mixing bowl, add parsley, garlic powder, and melted butter. Stir until well blended.
Brush each cheese stick with the butter mixture.
Arrange the cheese sticks onto the prepared baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Remove from the oven.
Serve right away with taco toppings. Enjoy!
