Ingredients:
2 (12 ounces) pork sausage rolls
12 Hawaiian dinner rolls
8 large eggs, scrambled
6 slices pepper jack cheese
8 slices American cheese
½ c butter, melted
¼ c maple syrup
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 3: Make 12 patties out of the sausage rolls.
Step 4: Put the sausage patties into the skillet and cook until done.
Step 5: Slice the rolls into two with a serrated knife.
Step 6: Arrange half of the rolls onto a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 7: Top each bottom roll with scrambled egg followed by pepper jack.
Step 8: Top each pepper jack with a sausage patty followed by American cheese.
Step 9: Place the top buns over the American cheese.
Step 10: In a small mixing bowl, add the maple syrup and melted butter. Stir until well mixed.
Step 11: Generously brush each top of the rolls with the mixture.
Step 12: Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about n15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.
Step 13: Remove from the oven.
Step 14: Serve hot and enjoy!
