Ingredients:
Butter
Ranch dressing to taste
Potatoes diced (peeled, not peeled, russet, reds, whatever)
Shredded cheese of your choice to taste
Salt & pepper or whatever other seasonings you like, taco seasoning, garlic herb, etc
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Arrange the potato slices into a baking dish.
Add pieces of butter on top of the potatoes.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the baking dish with foil.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake the potatoes for about an hour or until they become fork-tender.
Sprinkle shredded cheese and ranch dressing over the potatoes.
Bake for 5 more minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.
Remove from the oven and allow the Cheesy Ranch Potatoes to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
