INGREDIENTS
½ c (1 stick) salted butter, melted
2 (16-oz.) tubes of refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
4 cloves garlic, minced
⅓ c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2 ½ c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
½ tsp Italian seasoning
How to make Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using nonstick spray or butter, grease a large 14 or 15-inch cast iron skillet.
Step 2: Place the melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Mix well until combined.
Step 3: Into quarters, cut each biscuit, then dip them into the butter mixture.
Step 4: In the bottom of the prepared skillet, arrange the dough. Then, tuck the Monterey Jack in and around the pieces of dough. On top, drizzle the rest of the butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 6: Remove from the oven when done and serve the Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread
