These rolls are the only things you will be needing today! A big thanks to my dear friend, Anna, for this awesome recipe! Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. I highly recommend you do so. It is better to give this recipe your take! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Have a blessed day, friends. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
5 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can full of milk
1 package crescent rolls
Directions:
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add olive oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the chicken breasts and cook each side until golden brown.
Remove the chicken breasts from the heat onto a clean plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
In a mixing bowl, add the chicken breasts and ½ cup of mozzarella cheese. Toss until well combined.
Divide the crescent rolls and unroll them.
Fill each crescent roll with the chicken mixture.
Roll each crescent roll, then arrange them onto a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Place a saucepan on the stove.
Add the milk, soup, and the rest of the cheese.
Turn the heat to medium, then stir and allow the mixture to become hot.
Remove from the heat, then pour the mixture on top of the chicken rolls. Make sure to cover them completely.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for half an hour or until the top turns golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow the rolls to cool for a few minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to make one rollout of all the ingredients. The same directions apply.
