Ingredients:
1 c plain yoghurt
2 Eggs, beaten
2 c all-purpose flour
½ c white sugar
¼ c butter, melted
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ c shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in 12 large muffin cups.
In a mixing bowl, add sugar, baking powder, flour, salt, and baking soda. Whisk until well combined.
Add the Cheddar cheese and stir until well mixed.
Add the eggs, butter, and yoghurt on top of the flour mixture. Stir until well combined.
Fill each muffin cup with the batter.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool completely at room temperature.
