How to make Cauliflower “Mac And Cheese”
Step 1: In a pot, bring water to a boil. In the meantime, prepare the oven and preheat it to 375 degrees.
Step 2: Into small florets, cut the cauliflower. Place the cauliflower florets into the boiling water.
Step 3: Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Once melted, add the garlic and cook until aromatic.
Step 4: Then, add the whipping cream to the pan and continue to cook over medium heat until bubbling. Next, gradually add the cheese while stirring constantly until the sauce has thickened.
