½-3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp cracked black pepper to taste

New York Strip, Porterhouse or Ribeye)
1-2 tbsp canola oil, divided

Step 6: Place the steak bites on a clean plate and set aside.
Step 7: Turn the heat down to medium and add in butter, then allow it to melt.
Step 8: Add in the chopped garlic and sauté for 30 seconds or until aromatic. Make sure to scrape the bottom of the skillet to get the brown bits.

Step 10: Toss until everything is well coated with the garlic butter.
Step 11: Serve immediately. Enjoy!
