This was probably the easiest yet one of the best pizzas I have ever had! This Bubble Up Pizza is worth the try! I have listed all the ingredients and directions that you will need so just follow them step by step for they will guide you to perfection! You are more than welcome to modify this recipe to your preference. That’s the beauty of this recipe! Have a great one, friends. Ingredients:
2 c Shredded Mozzarella Chees
1 Jar of pizza sauce Bought or homemade – or you can use 2 small cans of tomato sauce with Italian seasoning
Pizza toppings any that you like -we did pepperoni
½ c Shredded Cheddar Cheese optional
2 Cans of Biscuits the cheap plan ones will do
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Coat with non-stick spray a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Use a pizza cutter to slice the biscuit into quarters.
Scatter the biscuits into the prepared pan.
Pour the pizza sauce on top of the biscuits and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle a generous amount of Mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Top the cheese with your favourite pizza toppings.
Sprinkle a generous amount of cheddar cheese over the toppings.
Place the baking pan inside the preheated oven and bake the pizza for about 35 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely and turns golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to sit at room temperature for a few minutes.
Slice into even pieces.
Serve warm and enjoy!
