Easy, quick, and delicious! These three words are the best that I could come up with to describe this Bubble Up Pizza! This is by far the best homemade pizza I have ever tried! My kids could not get enough of this. This was recommended to me by my good friend, Ira. I am so glad that I gave it a try because it is perfect! Okay, enough with the long introduction. It is time to go to your kitchen and start prepping! By the way, be very generous with the amount of cheese that you are going to add. Just do it and thank me later! Have a great day, friends, and I hope you are all well today. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 Cans of Biscuits the cheap plan ones will do
1 Jar of pizza sauce Bought or homemade – or you can use 2 small cans of tomato sauce with Italian seasoning
2 c Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
½ c Shredded Cheddar Cheese optional
Pizza toppings any that you like -we did pepperoni
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Slice each biscuit into quarters. I used a pizza cutter for this.
Arrange the biscuits into the prepared pan.
Pour the pizza sauce on top of the biscuits and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle a generous amount of Mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Top the cheese with your favourite pizza toppings.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the toppings.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 35 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for at least 5 minutes at room temperature.
Slice into even pieces.
Serve and enjoy!
