Ingredients:
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp yellow mustard
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp honey
1 large fully cooked ham (bone-in, spiral-sliced is fine), about 15 lbs.
½ tsp onion powder
½ c orange juice
1 c packed brown sugar
Directions:
Thaw the ham at room temperature for 2 hours.
Place a small saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Immediately add orange juice, yellow mustard, garlic powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, white vinegar, honey, and onion powder. Whisk until well blended. Simmer the mixture for about 1 to 2 minutes or until the texture becomes thick. Remove the pan from the stove.
Put the ham in the middle of 2 pieces of large aluminium foil.
Brush the ham with ⅓ of the glaze, then wrap it up.
Put the wrapped ham into a baking pan, then place it inside the oven and bake for about 15 minutes at 110 degrees F. Remove the ham from the oven.
Adjust the temperature of the oven to about 400 degrees F.
Remove the wrap of the ham, then brush it with the remaining glaze minus ⅓. Bake the ham for another 15 to 20 minutes or until caramelized.
Remove the ham from the oven, then brush with the rest of the glaze. Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
