¼ c whole milk
2 c all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp kosher salt
Directions:

Apply cooking spray in a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
In a large resealable bag, add the bananas, then use your fingers to mash them.
In a mixing bowl, add butter and brown sugar. Beat until well blended.
Cut the tip of the bag with the mashed bananas, then squeeze it into the bowl with the butter mixture.
Add egg, bananas, vanilla extract, milk, and cinnamon. Beat until well combined.
Add the flour gradually as well as baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Beat every addition.
Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the top turns brown and a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Serve and enjoy!
