Ingredients:
Sauce:
1 tablespoon sweet relish
1 teaspoon ketchup
1 teaspoon vinegar
½ c mayo
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons French dressing
Sliders
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon minced onion
Shredded lettuce about 1 c
Sliced dill pickles
2 pounds ground beef
6 slices American cheese
Slider buns 12 count
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Finely chopped onion 2 tablespoons roughly
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Add all the ingredients for the sauce into a mixing bowl, then stir until well blended. Cover it with plastic wrap and place it inside the fridge.
Add beef into another mixing bowl, then season with minced onion, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
Apply cooking spray in an 11×13-inch baking dish.
Transfer the beef mixture into the prepared baking dish, then press it evenly to the bottom.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven, then sprinkle a generous amount of cheese on top.
Put it back inside the oven and bake for a few more minutes until the cheese has melted completely.
Arrange the bottom parts of the buns into a baking dish, then top each with the sauce and spread it evenly.
Add the shredded lettuce and meat over the sauce.
Add the chopped onions and pickles over the meat.
Drizzle the rest of the sauce over each bun.
Top each with the rest of the buns.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top to garnish.
